“Sasha's calm energy, encouraging words, and abundance of knowledge about labour positions, breathing techniques and hospital protocols, provided both my wife and I such reassurance and helped put me in the right mindset for labour… We both do not know what we would have done without her help every step of the way.”

- Bonnie Y, Waterloo

“Grace’s calming presence really helped my fears surrounding the hospital and I believe it was her encouragement, peaceful demeanor, knowledge, and suggestions that allowed me to have my daughter with no medications. She even informed the nurses of why I was making certain decisions and I feel made the whole experience run smoother.

“Our experience with Amy as our doula was fantastic. Amy was supportive, empathetic, and loving. The prenatal and postpartum sessions were very informative and helped ease our anxiety of the unknown as first time parents. Her support during labour and delivery was incredibly valuable as she made sure that we never felt alone in the process.”
