A one-day prenatal class that gives you the knowledge, confidence, and skills to prepare for birth and your new baby.

November 30th, 9 am - 3 pm (with 45 minute lunch break)

What You’ll Learn

1. How Birth Works

We’ll walk through the stages of labour and what to expect:
what your body is doing, how to work with it, and how to know what phase you’re in.
You’ll also learn how your partner or support person can help in useful ways.

2. Your Options

Induction, pain relief, monitoring, Cesarean birth, assisted birth — explained clearly and neutrally.
You’ll receive information that helps you choose what feels right for you when the time comes.

3. The First Hours & Days With Baby

What to expect right after birth, newborn procedures, postpartum recovery, and how to support your healing  physically and emotionally.

4. Newborn Care You Can Feel Confident In

Feeding basics (all feeding methods welcome), soothing cues, sleep rhythms, and what’s truly normal.

Including a take-home workbook with:

  • Birth preferences worksheets

  • Postpartum support plan guides

  • Feeding + soothing reference pages

  • Local + online resource list
